RCC framed structure as per the design with reinforcement work of FE500 grade steel of JINDAL and machine mixed concrete of Ultratech cement will be used after proper shuttering, cantering and propping work. The concrete of M20 grade would be used. Complete RCC works for columns, piers, abutments, posts and struts, suspended floors, roofs, roof beams, landings, balconies, staircases, lintel, weather shade and chhajja & cantilevers.

  • Providing and fixing Stainless Steel kitchen sink with brackets and tap in kitchens. All the CP fittings and sanitary ware fittings for the bathrooms would be of Jaquar or equivalent as per the customer's choice.
  • Table top basin (Jaquar or equivalent) - The max value of Rs. 5,000/- ( if you select the material of higher value the difference money will be paid extra by you)

  • Flooring in the drawing hall, dining hall, bedrooms and kitchen would be completed using Glazed Vitrified tiles (Kajaria /Somany / Johnson or equivalent) of size 2’X2’ for all floors with grouting material of matching shade
  • Flooring in the bathrooms would be completed using anti-skid ceramic tiles of size 1’X2’ (Kajaria /Somany / Johnson or equivalent.)
  • Wall tiles in the bathroom with glazed ceramic tiles of size 1’X1” up to the height of 7’. Wall tiles over the backsplash in the kitchen up to the height of 2’ from the working station.
  • Granite slab with nosing and skirting work in the staircase from ground floor to roof only with M.S. Railing.

Doors and Windows

Flush door shutter (century/green or equivalent) for each of the doors and all the fittings such as L-drop, tower bolt, hinges, handles of ISI quality. The main door will have a mortise handle lock of Yale/Godrej/Link as per requirement. All the bathroom doors would be Fiber/Aluminum doors with all the fittings of ISI quality material. All the door frames would be wooden (SAL wood). All the windows would be sliding windows with UPVC profile and glazed glass with an Appropriate MS grill.
